Considerations on why it is a common practice to mutilate the genitals of children. So that a child looks like their parent is an abhorrent excuse for a lack of conversation and thoughtfulness into why this barbaric and medically unnecessary practice is a still a part of modern culture. It is an unethical, socially irresponsible and completely unjustifiable violation of an infant's sexual autonomy, even more so when religious fellation and transmission of STDs becomes a factor.
